Kary Lamont Vincent Sr. (born September 19, 1969 – died December 26, 2018) was an American football player. He played as a wide receiver and defensive back. Kary Vincent Sr. played for two seasons in the Arena Football League. He was part of the Charlotte Rage and Milwaukee Mustangs teams.

Early Life and College Football
Kary Vincent Sr. grew up in Port Arthur, Texas. He went to Thomas Jefferson High School there. After high school, he played college football. He played for Texas A&M.
Joining the NFL
After college, Kary Vincent Sr. hoped to play in the NFL. He was chosen by the New Orleans Saints in the 1992 NFL Draft. This draft is where NFL teams pick new players. He was picked in the sixth round. He spent two seasons on the Saints' practice squad. A practice squad is a group of players who train with the team. They can be called up to play if needed.
