Kaseem Tyrone Sinceno, born on March 26, 1976, is an American who used to play professional American football. He was a tight end, which is a player who can block for runners and also catch passes. Kaseem played for two seasons in the National Football League (NFL). The NFL is the biggest professional football league in the United States. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles and the Chicago Bears. Before becoming a professional, he played college football at Syracuse University.

Kaseem Sinceno's Early Life and College Football

Kaseem Tyrone Sinceno was born in New York City on March 26, 1976. He grew up and went to Liberty High School in Liberty, New York.

After high school, Kaseem went to Syracuse University. He played football for the Syracuse Orange team from 1994 to 1997. He was a "letterman" for four years. This means he played well enough to earn a special award, often a letter "S" for Syracuse, each year.

During his time at Syracuse, Kaseem caught many passes. In 1995, he caught six passes for 52 yards and scored one touchdown. A touchdown is when a player carries or catches the ball in the opponent's end zone, scoring points. In 1996, he caught ten passes for 98 yards and scored three touchdowns. His final college year, 1997, saw him catch six passes for 61 yards and score three more touchdowns.

Kaseem Sinceno's Professional Football Career

After college, Kaseem Sinceno hoped to join an NFL team. He was not chosen in the 1998 NFL draft. This means he was "undrafted," but he still had a chance to sign with a team.

Playing for the Philadelphia Eagles

On April 27, 1998, Kaseem signed with the Philadelphia Eagles. He was first on their "practice squad." This is a group of players who practice with the team but don't usually play in games. Later, he was moved to the main team. He played in ten games for the Eagles in 1998. He caught three passes for 42 yards and scored one touchdown. Unfortunately, he was placed on "injured reserve" in December 1998. This means he was injured and could not play. He was on injured reserve again for the entire 1999 season.

Time with the Green Bay Packers

In March 2000, Kaseem was traded to the Green Bay Packers. A trade means one team sends a player to another team. He was released by the Packers in August, then signed again in September. However, he was released again later that month. He did not play in any games for the Packers.

Playing for the Chicago Bears

Kaseem then signed with the Chicago Bears in October 2000. He had a good season with them. He played in 11 games, starting all of them. He caught 23 passes for 206 yards. After the season, he became a "free agent," meaning he could sign with any team. He chose to re-sign with the Bears in April 2001. Sadly, he was placed on injured reserve again in August 2001 and missed the whole season.

Brief Time with the Houston Texans

After the 2001 season, Kaseem became a free agent once more. He signed with the Houston Texans in April 2002. He was released by the Texans in August 2002. This was his last team in the NFL.
