About Kate Groobey's Early Life and Art Training
Kate Groobey was born in Leeds, Yorkshire. She started her art journey at the Ruskin School of Drawing and Fine Art. This school is part of the famous University of Oxford. Kate earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree there in 2000.
Later, she continued her studies in London. She attended the Royal College of Art. In 2008, she received her Master of Arts (MA) degree. This advanced training helped her become the artist she is today.
Kate Groobey's Art Career and Exhibitions
Kate Groobey's artwork has been shown in many important places. In 2010, her art was part of "Newspeak: British Art Now Part 2." This exhibition took place at the Saatchi Gallery.
She also showed her work in "Bloomberg New Contemporaries 2011." This exhibition was held at the ICA in London. Her art has even been displayed at the König Galerie in Berlin.
