The Kauskatitineu River is a river in Quebec, Canada. It flows into Du Tast Lake. This river is located in the Eeyou Istchee Baie-James (municipality) area, which is in the Nord-du-Québec region.
The area around the Kauskatitineu River is reached by a northern road from Matagami. The river's surface is usually frozen from early November to mid-May. It's generally safe to travel on the ice from mid-November to mid-April.
