Kaye Adams (born 28 December 1962) is a Scottish television presenter and journalist. She is well-known for hosting the TV show Loose Women on ITV. She was a main presenter from 1999 to 2006 and returned in 2013. Kaye also appeared regularly on The Wright Stuff on Channel 5 from 2007 to 2012.
Today, she hosts a morning show on BBC Radio Scotland. You can listen to her weekdays from 9 AM to 12 noon.

Early Life and Education
Kaye Adams grew up in Grangemouth, Scotland. She went to Abbotsgrange Middle School and Grangemouth High. Later, she attended St George's School, Edinburgh.
She then studied at the University of Edinburgh. Kaye graduated with honors in Economics and Politics.
Kaye Adams' Media Career
Kaye Adams started her career in television. She began as a trainee at Central Television. Her first big interview was with Margaret Thatcher, who was the Prime Minister at the time.
In 1988, Kaye joined Scotland Today on Scottish Television. She was one of the first journalists to report from the scene of the Lockerbie disaster. This was a very serious plane crash.
Becoming a Talk Show Host
In 1992, Kaye got a chance to host a discussion show. It was called Scottish Women. This show ran for six years and won many awards. It helped Kaye become a popular talk show host.
After Scottish Women, Kaye hosted many other shows. These included ITV Weekend Live and Esther (later called Kaye) for BBC Two. She also presented Pride and Prejudice for BBC Scotland.
Kaye was a guest presenter on This Morning. In 2002, she reported live from Australia for the first series of I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here!. She also appeared on Lily Savage's Blankety Blank.
Loose Women and Other Shows
From 1999 to 2006, Kaye was a main presenter on Loose Women. This is a popular ITV talk show. She returned to the show in 2013. On Loose Women, Kaye and other female presenters discuss current topics and entertain viewers.
Kaye has also hosted The People Versus. She was a panellist and later a host on Have I Got News for You. From 2007 to 2010, she was a regular panellist on The Wright Stuff on Channel 5.
In 2008, Kaye narrated a documentary series called The Merchant Navy on STV. In 2009, she returned to STV as a guest host on The Hour. She also joined the reporting team for The One Show.
In 2010, Kaye narrated a special documentary. It was about the Lockerbie bomber. The show looked at the decision to send him home to Libya.
Since 2011, she has been a guest presenter on LIVE with... on Channel 5. In 2013, Kaye co-hosted Sunday Scoop with Nadia Sawalha. Kaye and Nadia are good friends. They even released a cookery book together in 2018 called Nadia & Kaye: Disaster Chef.
Radio and Dancing
In 2010, Kaye joined BBC Radio Scotland. She hosted a daily phone-in show called Call Kaye. This show ended in 2015. It was replaced by The Kaye Adams Show, which she still hosts today.
In 2022, Kaye Adams was a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing. This is a popular TV show where celebrities learn to dance. She was paired with professional dancer Kai Widdrington. Kaye was the first contestant to be eliminated from her series.
Personal Life
Kaye Adams lives in Glasgow with her long-term partner, Ian Campbell. Ian is a tennis coach. They have two daughters together.
Kaye is also a co-patron of Kindred. This is a Scottish charity that helps families with young people who have disabilities or mental health issues.
