Keith Joseph Loneker (born June 21, 1971 – died June 22, 2017) was an American actor and football player. He was known for his large size, which often led to him playing tough guys or athletes in movies. His first film was Out of Sight (1998), directed by Steven Soderbergh. He also appeared in the thriller Lakeview Terrace (2008).

Early Life and Determination
Keith grew up in Roselle Park, New Jersey. He faced some challenges but worked hard to overcome them. In high school, he loved playing football. He got a bad hip injury, and doctors said he might never play sports again.
But Keith didn't give up! He worked incredibly hard to get better. After two years, he was back on the football field. He was just happy to play with his friends. His hard work paid off, and he earned a scholarship to the University of Kansas.

After college, Keith wasn't picked in the NFL draft. But he didn't give up! He joined the Los Angeles Rams team as a "walk-on" player. This means he tried out without being drafted.
Not only did Keith make the team, but he also became a starter by the end of his first season. He helped protect the team's new running back, Jerome Bettis. Keith later played for the Atlanta Falcons as well.
From Football to Movies
While Keith was playing in the NFL, a former teammate who became an agent called him. The agent thought Keith would be perfect for a movie role. Keith had never acted before.
He made an audition tape, and the producers hired him just from that tape! He was surprised to get the part of "White Boy Bob" in the movie Out of Sight. After that, Keith appeared in other films. These included Rock Star, Superbad, Leatherheads, and Lakeview Terrace.
When he wasn't acting, Keith was a substitute teacher. He taught at Lawrence High School in Lawrence, Kansas.
Family and Legacy
Keith Loneker passed away from cancer on June 22, 2017. He had a daughter named Kylee Loneker. He also had a son, Keith Loneker, Jr. His son followed in his footsteps and played football at the University of Kansas too.
