Keith Taylor (born November 20, 1998) is an American professional football player. He plays as a cornerback for the Atlanta Falcons in the National Football League (NFL). Before joining the pros, he played college football for the Washington Huskies.

Early Life and High School
Keith Taylor grew up in Long Beach, California. He first went to St. John Bosco High School. After his second year, he moved to Servite High School. At Servite, he was recognized as a top player. He earned first-team All-Trinity League honors. He was also named second-team All-Orange County by the Orange County Register.
College Football Career
Keith Taylor started his college football journey with the Washington Huskies in 2017. As a freshman, he played in 12 games. He helped out on special teams and as a backup defensive player. In his second year, he started two games.
During his junior year, he became a full-time starter. He started all 13 games for Washington. That year, he made 59 tackles. He also helped break up five passes. In 2020, his senior season was shorter due to Covid-19. He started all four games the Huskies played that year.
Professional Football Journey
Keith Taylor began his NFL career in 2021. He has played for a few different teams.
Carolina Panthers
The Carolina Panthers picked Keith Taylor in the 2021 NFL Draft. He was chosen in the fifth round, as the 166th overall pick. He signed his first professional contract on May 13, 2021. He played for the Panthers until August 29, 2023. At that time, the Panthers decided to release him.
Kansas City Chiefs
After leaving the Panthers, Keith Taylor joined the Kansas City Chiefs. He signed with their practice squad on August 31, 2023. A practice squad is where players train with the team but are not on the main roster. They can be called up to play if needed.
With the Chiefs, Taylor achieved a major goal. He became a Super Bowl champion when the Chiefs won Super Bowl LVIII. They defeated the San Francisco 49ers in that championship game. On February 14, 2024, Taylor signed a special contract with the Chiefs. This contract secured his spot for the next season. However, on August 27, 2024, the Chiefs released him again. He then re-signed with their practice squad. Later, on October 22, he was moved up to the active roster.
Atlanta Falcons
On March 14, 2025, Keith Taylor signed a contract with the Atlanta Falcons. He is currently a player for the Falcons.
