Kelly Perine (born March 23, 1969) is an American actor, comedian, writer, and director. He is known for his roles in many popular TV shows, especially comedies. You might recognize him from Nickelodeon shows like Knight Squad and Legendary Dudas.

Becoming an Actor
Kelly Perine grew up near Chicago, Illinois, and went to a school called Lake Forest Academy. There, he began to study acting on stage.
For college, he went to Pomona College in California, where he studied film and graduated in 1991. He wanted to learn even more about acting, so he later earned a master's degree in Drama from the University of California, Irvine.
A Career on Screen
Perine has had a long and successful career in television and movies. He is great at playing funny characters that make people laugh.
Major TV Roles
One of Perine's first big roles was on the show Between Brothers, where he played a weatherman named Dustin "Dusty" Q. Canyon. He also played Kelly Peterson in the last season of The Parent 'Hood.
Many people know him as Duane Odell Knox, a funny used car salesman, on the show One on One. He was a main character for the first four seasons. Later, he starred in the comedy series Under One Roof with the musician Flavor Flav.
Fun on Nickelodeon
In the 2010s, Perine started appearing in shows and movies on Nickelodeon. He played Uncle Charlie in the holiday movie Santa Hunters. He also had a recurring role as Principal Platt in the comedy series Legendary Dudas.
One of his most famous Nickelodeon roles was Sir Gareth in the series Knight Squad. As Sir Gareth, he was a funny and loyal knight who helped train the young squires.
