Kelsey Asbille Chow is an American actress. She is known for her roles in popular TV shows and movies. In 2024, she starred as Iris in the Netflix movie Don't Move. She also played Mikayla in the Disney XD sitcom Pair of Kings. From 2005 to 2009, she was Gigi Silveri on the drama One Tree Hill. Later, she played Tracy Stewart in MTV's Teen Wolf from 2015 to 2016. Asbille also had a role in the film Wind River and was a main character, Monica Long Dutton, in the Paramount Network series Yellowstone (2018-2024).

Kelsey Asbille has a mixed background, with both European and Asian family roots. Her parents are Dr. James Chow and Jean Chow. She has two younger siblings, a brother named Forrest and a sister named Kiersten. Kelsey has shared that her father is Chinese, and her mother is American from Columbia, South Carolina. She once said she wanted to become better at speaking Mandarin Chinese because of her Chinese heritage.
Kelsey went to Hammond School for high school in Columbia, South Carolina. She lives in Los Angeles but also spends time in New York City. In New York, she studied Human Rights at Columbia University.

Kelsey started acting in local plays. Her first TV role came in 2005 when she was just 13 years old. She played Gigi Silveri on One Tree Hill until 2009.
In 2008, she appeared as a guest star on The Suite Life of Zack & Cody. She also co-starred in the Disney Channel movie Den Brother.
From 2010 to 2013, Kelsey was a main star in the Disney XD show Pair of Kings. She played the character Mikayla.
In 2012, Kelsey had a small part in the movie The Amazing Spider-Man. She was also cast in a film called Run.
In 2014, she was chosen for a Fox drama called Hieroglyph. However, this show was canceled before it aired.
