Kenneth Kamwi Matengu was born in 1978 in Katima Mulilo, Namibia. He is a well-known professor from Namibia. Since August 2018, he has been the Vice Chancellor of the University of Namibia. Later, he earned his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from the University of Eastern Finland. His Ph.D. focused on how new ideas spread and help with development. He received this degree with "exemia cum laude," which means with the highest honors.
