Kevin Gover's Early Life and Education
Kevin Gover was born in 1955 in Lawton, Oklahoma. His parents, Bill and Maggie Gover, were active in fighting for Native American rights.
He went to Princeton University and earned a degree in public and international affairs in 1978. Later, he studied law at the University of New Mexico. He received his law degree in 1981.
