Killzone 2 is an exciting first-person shooter video game made for the PlayStation 3 console. It was created by a company called Guerrilla Games and published by Sony Computer Entertainment. This game is the third one in the popular Killzone series. The story of Killzone began on the PlayStation 2 with the first Killzone game, and then continued on the PlayStation Portable with Killzone: Liberation.
The game was first announced to the public at an event called E3 in 2005. At that time, they showed a special technology demo. This demo gave players an idea of what the game might look like. Two years later, at E3 2007, the very first video showing actual gameplay was released.
