Kim Il-yeop (April 28, 1896 - May 28, 1971) was a South Korean writer, journalist and feminism activist. He was also a Buddhist monk. Il-yeop was his Buddhist name (Korean: 일엽; 一葉; ). His real name was Kim Wom-ju (김원주, 金元周).
