Kingman is a small community called a hamlet in central Alberta, Canada. It is part of Camrose County. Kingman is about 27 kilometers (17 miles) north of the city of Camrose. It sits at an elevation of 740 meters (2,428 feet) above sea level.
Kingman is famous for something special! Signs at the entrance to the hamlet proudly say that Kingman is the "Lutefisk capital of Alberta." Lutefisk is a traditional Nordic dish made from dried fish.
