Kinnon Ray Tatum II, born on July 19, 1975, is a former American football player. He played as a linebacker in the National Football League (NFL). Tatum played for the Carolina Panthers for two seasons. He was chosen by the Panthers in the third round of the 1997 NFL draft. Before joining the NFL, he played college football at the University of Notre Dame.
