Kwamie was not picked in the 2022 NFL draft. However, the Cincinnati Bengals signed him on May 13, 2022. He was later released from the main team on August 30. But he quickly rejoined them on their practice squad the next day. On November 26, 2022, he was moved to the active roster. This allowed him to play in a game against the Tennessee Titans.
On January 31, 2023, Kwamie signed a new contract with the Bengals. He was released again on August 29, 2023. The very next day, he signed back onto their practice squad. On October 7, 2023, he was moved to the active roster for a game. This game was against the Arizona Cardinals. It was only his second NFL game ever. His father, Kwamie Lassiter, played for the Cardinals for eight seasons. In this game, Kwamie II made his first professional catch. It was a 2-yard reception. After the game, he returned to the practice squad.
The Bengals signed Kwamie to another contract on January 8, 2024. However, he was released by the team on August 23, 2024.
