Lac La Flippe is a freshwater lake found in Quebec, Canada. It's located near the town of Baie-Saint-Paul, in a beautiful area called Charlevoix Regional County Municipality. This region is part of the Capitale-Nationale area.

This lake is super important because it's where the Bras du Nord-Ouest river begins. The lake sits between two mountains. For a long time, the main activity around the lake was cutting down trees (forestry). But in the mid-1800s, people started coming here for fun, like vacations and outdoor activities.

Lac La Flippe usually freezes over in early December. It stays frozen until early April. You can generally walk or play safely on the ice from mid-December to the end of March. Small forest roads connect the eastern side of the lake to Route 138.
