Lake Como (which is Lago di Como in Italian) is a beautiful glacial lake located in the Lombardy region of Italy. Only Lake Garda and Lake Maggiore are bigger.
Lake Como is famous for its unique "Y" shape. It looks like an upside-down letter Y. This shape is formed by three long branches. The city of Como is at the end of one branch. The city of Lecco is at the end of another. The town of Bellagio sits right where the three branches meet.
