History of Lake Santee
Lake Santee was created in the 1960s. It started as a place for homes built around a large lake, which is also called Lake Santee. This lake is actually a reservoir, which is a big artificial lake used to store water.
Where is Lake Santee?
Lake Santee is located in the southeastern part of Indiana. It is about 13 miles (21 km) northeast of Greensburg. It is also about 12 miles (19 km) northwest of Batesville.
