Leandro Vissotto Neves, born on April 30, 1983, is a famous Brazilian volleyball player. He played for the Brazil men's national volleyball team for many years. He also played for a Brazilian club called EMS Taubaté Funvic. Leandro has won many important awards in volleyball. He won a silver medal at the 2012 London Olympic Games. He was also a World Champion in 2010. In 2014, he won another silver medal at the World Championship. He also has a bronze medal from the 2011 World Cup. Leandro has won many medals in the World League. He was a Japanese Champion in 2015 and a Brazilian Superliga Champion in 2018. He was also named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) in the 2018 final.

Leandro Vissotto was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He is married to Nathalia. They have two daughters together. Their first daughter, Catharina, was born in August 2010. Their second daughter, Victoria, was born on September 7, 2013, in Belo Horizonte.

Leandro Vissotto has had a very successful career in volleyball. He played for the Brazilian national team and many different clubs.

Playing for the National Team

Leandro was a key player for the Brazil men's national volleyball team.

  • On October 10, 2010, Brazil, with Vissotto, won the title of World Champion. This was a huge win for the team.
  • At the 2012 Olympic Games in London, Leandro and his teammates played in the final. They lost a very close game to Russia and won a silver medal. Leandro was injured and could not play in the final match.
  • On September 21, 2014, his national team played against Poland in the final of the 2014 World Championship. Brazil lost, but Vissotto still earned his second World Championship medal, which was a silver.
