- Bakersville is on the northeast side of Lower Scott Lake. It sits about 659 feet (201 meters) above sea level.
- Lacota is a community shared with two other townships. These are Geneva Township in Van Buren County and Casco Township.
- Lee is located on 56th Street. You can find it between 105 Avenue and 104 Avenue. Its elevation is around 650 feet (198 meters).
- Pullman is another community in the area.
- Sherman Park is on the northwest side of Lower Scott Lake. It's a bit higher up, at about 666 feet (203 meters) above sea level.
