Since 1995, Leslie Libman has mainly worked as a TV director. She helps bring stories to life on the small screen. She has directed many episodes for famous TV series. Some of these include Homicide: Life on the Street, The 4400, and NCIS.
She also directed episodes for other well-known shows. These include The Wire, Oz, and The Shield. For MTV, she created a series of short films called Out of Order. She directed these with her late husband, Larry Williams.

Leslie Libman also directed TV movies. She worked with Larry Williams on two of them. In 1997, they directed Path to Paradise: The Untold Story of the World Trade Center Bombing for HBO. This movie starred Peter Gallagher and Art Malik.
In 1998, they directed Brave New World. This was a TV version of a book by Aldous Huxley. It also starred Peter Gallagher, along with Leonard Nimoy. In 2003, she directed the ABC TV movie The Extreme Team. It was also known as The X-Team.
