Keshinro Ololade (born on March 17, 1995), known as Lil Kesh, is a Nigerian rapper, singer, and songwriter. He became famous after releasing his popular song "Shoki".

Early Life and School
Keshinro Ololade was born and grew up in Bariga. This is an area in Lagos State, Nigeria. He went to Stockbridge College for his primary and secondary school. Later, he studied Linguistics at the University of Lagos. He also studied Mass Communication online at the National Open University.
Music Career
Lil Kesh started his music journey in 2012. He began rapping with his friends in Bariga. Soon after, he released his first song, "Lyrically". This song became very popular in Nigerian universities.
Lil Kesh then signed a contract with YBNL Nation. This is a music company started by Olamide Adedeji. Under YBNL, Lil Kesh released many hit songs. These included Shoki, Efejoku, and Gbese. He also released his first album, "YAGI".
In 2014, "Shoki" was released. It quickly became a huge hit. The song topped many music charts. This success made Lil Kesh very well-known. Because of "Shoki", he was nominated for several awards. He even won two of them. In 2015, he was nominated for Best New Act at the 2015 Nigeria Entertainment Awards.
In 2016, Lil Kesh's contract with YBNL ended. He then started his own music company called YAGI Records. YAGI stands for "Young And Getting It". His company is managed by Massive Management team. This team helps with marketing and events.
On March 17, 2016, Lil Kesh released his first album, Young And Getting It (Y.A.G.I). YBNL Nation helped release it. Young John and Pheelz produced the album. Many other artists sang on the album. These included Phyno, Ycee, Wale, Patoranking, Adekunle Gold, Davido, Viktoh, Olamide, and Chinko Ekun. The album mixes hip hop and rap music. It featured four popular songs: Lyrically (2014), Efejoku (2015), Is it because I love You (2015), and Ibile (2016).
Lil Kesh's Music Style
Lil Kesh's music style is like Olamide's. He raps and sings in his local language. Some people felt that some of his songs used strong language. Lil Kesh explained his music choices in an interview. He said his songs were for people from the streets. He knew what they wanted to hear. He also mentioned that his album would have more positive songs.
