Keshinro Ololade (born on March 7, 1999), known as Lil Kesh, is a talented rapper, singer, and songwriter from Nigeria. He became very famous after his popular song "Shoki" came out in 2014.

Early Life and School
Lil Kesh grew up in Bariga, a part of Lagos State, Nigeria. He went to Stockbridge College for his early schooling. After that, he studied Linguistics at the University of Lagos. Later, he took online classes in Mass Communication at the National Open University.
His Music Career
Lil Kesh started his music journey in 2012. He began rapping with his friends in Bariga. Soon after, he released his first song, "Lyrically," which became very popular in Nigerian universities.
Joining YBNL Nation
Lil Kesh signed a recording contract with a record label called Yahoo Boy No Laptop Nation, also known as YBNL Nation. This label was started by the famous artist Olamide. While with YBNL, Lil Kesh released many hit songs. These included "Shoki," "Efejoku," and "Gbese." He also released his first album, "YAGI," with them.
The Hit Song "Shoki"
In 2014, Lil Kesh released "Shoki," which was a huge success. The song topped many music charts and made him a well-known artist. Because of "Shoki," he was nominated for several awards and won two of them. In 2015, he was nominated for Best New Act at the 2015 Nigeria Entertainment Awards.
Starting His Own Label
In 2016, after his contract with YBNL ended, Lil Kesh started his own record label. He named it YAGI Records, which stands for "Young And Getting It." His music is now managed by Massive Management team.
On March 17, 2016, Lil Kesh released his first studio album, Young And Getting It (Y.A.G.I.). This album was produced by Young John and Pheelz. Many other artists sang on the album, including Phyno, Ycee, Wale, Patoranking, Adekunle Gold, Davido, Viktoh, Olamide, and Chinko Ekun. The album features hip hop and rap music. It includes four popular songs: "Lyrically" (2014), "Efejoku" (2015), "Is it because I love You" (2015), and "Ibile" (2016).
His Unique Style
Lil Kesh's music style is often compared to Olamide's. Both artists rap and sing in their local language. Lil Kesh once explained that his songs are for people from the streets. He said that his albums would have more positive messages.
