Lincoln is a small city in Tama County, Iowa, United States. In 2020, about 121 people lived there. It used to be called Berlin until June 12, 1918.

History of Lincoln, Iowa
Lincoln was started by Charles Spencer. It had a few different names before it was called Berlin. In 1902, only 61 people lived in the community.
Berlin officially became a city on September 10, 1913. During World War I, many people in the United States felt angry towards Germany. Because of this, some German residents in Berlin, Iowa, faced unfair treatment. To show their loyalty, the city changed its name from Berlin to Lincoln on June 12, 1918.

Lincoln is located in Iowa at coordinates 42°15′45″N 92°41′31″W / 42.26250°N 92.69194°W. The city covers a total area of about 0.46 square miles (1.2 square kilometers). All of this area is land.
