She has also expanded her business to Las Vegas, opening the Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace and Vanderpump à Paris at the Paris Las Vegas hotel. In 2024, she opened another restaurant at Harvey's Lake Tahoe.

Besides restaurants, Lisa has created her own brands of drinks, including Vanderpump Rosé wine. She also launched a line of home decorations called Vanderpump Alain.
