This article lists some of the largest Indian reserves in Canada. These are special lands set aside for First Nations people. About 40% of First Nations people live on these lands.
The numbers you see here are from the 2006 Census of Canada. Sometimes, a reserve might be "incompletely enumerated." This means the census count couldn't be finished there. This list focuses on reserves with more than 500 people.

Here are some of the largest First Nations communities in Canada, based on population:

- Akwesasne Mohawk Nation: 11,500 people
- Blood (Kainai Nation) 148: 8,371 people
- Kahnawake Mohawk Territory: 7,989 people
- Tsinstikeptum 9, British Columbia: 7,612 people (This is part of the Westbank First Nation)
- Lac La Ronge First Nation: 11,177 people
- Saddle Lake Cree Nation: 6,578 people
- Norway House Cree Nation: 6,197 people
- Cross Lake First Nation: 6,076 people
- Samson Cree Nation: 5,418 people
