Kids Encyclopedia Facts

The Ren & Stimpy Show is a fun cartoon series that first aired on Nickelodeon on August 11, 1991. It came out right after other popular shows like Doug and Rugrats. The show ran for five seasons until December 16, 1995.

At first, the episodes didn't always air in the order they were made. Some parts were even produced for one season but shown in another. Two episodes, "Man's Best Friend" and "Sammy and Me / The Last Temptation," didn't even air on Nickelodeon during the original run. "Man's Best Friend" was later shown on Ren & Stimpy "Adult Party Cartoon" in 2003. The very last episode, "Sammy and Me / The Last Temptation," aired on October 20, 1996, on MTV.

This list shows the episodes in the order they first aired on TV. There's also a second list that shows the episode order based on the DVD releases, which groups the cartoons into 52 episodes. This list does not include episodes from the Ren & Stimpy "Adult Party Cartoon" series.
