Where is Lloyd Located?
Lloyd is in the western part of Jefferson County, Florida. It shares its western border with Leon County.
The major highway Interstate 10 runs along the northern edge of Lloyd. You can easily reach Lloyd from Exit 217 on I-10. This highway connects Lloyd to other cities. For example, it's about 90 miles (145 km) east to Lake City. It's also about 17 miles (27 km) west to Tallahassee, which is Florida's capital city.
The total area of Lloyd is about 1.51 square miles (3.92 square kilometers). Most of this area is land, with only a very small amount of water.
