Lomax is a small village in Henderson County, Illinois, United States. It's a part of the Burlington, IA–IL Micropolitan Statistical Area. In 2020, about 404 people lived there. This was a bit less than the 454 people counted in 2010.

Lomax is located in the southwestern part of Henderson County. Illinois Route 96 goes right through the village. This road can take you about 5 miles (8 km) east to Illinois Route 94 near Terre Haute. It also goes about 6 miles (10 km) southwest to Dallas City, which is along the Mississippi River.
The village of Lomax covers a total area of about 1.19 square miles (3.08 square kilometers). All of this area is land, with no water.

Transportation in Lomax
