Luna Parc is a very special place in Sandyston Township, New Jersey. It's like a museum, an art studio, and the home of an artist named Richard "Ricky" Boscarino, all in one! Ricky is an American artist who uses many different materials to create his art.

Twice a year, Luna Parc opens its doors to the public for special "Open House" events. This is when people can visit and explore this amazing and unique property.

What is Luna Parc?

Luna Parc has many unique buildings and outdoor artworks. They are spread across 8.5 acres of forest. The buildings are made from all sorts of materials. These include metal, clay, glass, wood, rocks, and even special cement.

The buildings look really fun and imaginative! You'll see bright colors, curvy shapes, and amazing mosaic tiles. Ricky also uses unexpected things in his designs, like bowling balls and license plates.

The fantastical look of Luna Parc reminds some people of famous places. These include Gaudí's Park Güell in Spain or the Hundertwasser House in Austria. Ricky Boscarino got ideas from these European sites.

Inside the Main House

The main building at Luna Parc is a large house. Inside, it's like a "cabinet of curiosities." This means it's filled with thousands of interesting objects. You can see everything from a Tibetan yak leather pouch to Ricky's own artworks.

His art includes oil paintings and cool metal insect jewelry. It's a place where every corner holds something new and surprising to discover.

The Luna Parc Atelier Foundation

Ricky Boscarino is also part of The Luna Parc Atelier Foundation Inc. This Foundation is a non-profit group. It helps teach and train new artists and apprentices.

One of the Foundation's main goals is to make sure Luna Parc continues to be a creative museum. Many of the Foundation's training programs, events, and fundraising activities happen right at Luna Parc.
