About MNP Tower
The MNP Tower is a big part of downtown Edmonton. It was built to be a place where many different companies could have their offices.
Part of a Big Complex
The MNP Tower was first built by a company called Oxford Properties. It was designed as part of a larger group of buildings. This group includes the Oxford Tower, the Edmonton City Centre mall, the TD Tower, and the Delta Edmonton Centre Suite Hotel. All these buildings are connected by the Edmonton Pedway. This is a system of walkways that lets people move between buildings without going outside. The Pedway also connects to Edmonton's Edmonton Light Rail Transit (LRT) system. This makes it easy for people to get around the city.
Awards and Recognition
In 2016, the MNP Tower received a special award. It was given "The Outstanding Building of the Year Award" by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) in Edmonton. This award shows that the MNP Tower is a very well-managed and high-quality building.
