Madison Kennedy (born December 22, 1987) is a talented American swimmer. She is known for her speed in sprint freestyle events. Kennedy is a member of the DC Trident swim team in the International Swimming League.

She is a World Record holder as part of the mixed 4x50 meter freestyle relay team. This means she and her teammates swam faster than anyone in history in that event. Kennedy has won many medals throughout her career.

Swimming Career

Madison Kennedy has competed in swimming for many years. She has shown great skill at both the college and professional levels.

College and Early Success

Kennedy swam for the University of California, Berkeley during her college years. Even early in her career, she was very successful. In 2009, she competed at the World University Games. She won two gold medals at this major international event.

Professional Highlights

As a professional swimmer, Kennedy has competed in many important events. She participated in the U.S. Olympic Swimming Trials in 2008, 2012, and 2016. The Olympic Trials are where swimmers compete for a spot on the U.S. Olympic team.
