Playing for the Las Vegas Raiders (First Time)
Harper joined the Las Vegas Raiders in 2020. He was not chosen in the main draft, but the Raiders signed him as a free agent. He was part of their practice squad, which is like a training team. Players on the practice squad can be called up to play in games. Harper was briefly on the main team for a game in September 2020.
Time with the New York Giants
In October 2020, Harper moved to the New York Giants. He joined their main roster. He played for the Giants during the 2020 season. In December 2020, he was placed on injured reserve.
