Magalloway is a small township in Oxford County, Maine, United States. It's located in the western part of Maine, close to the border with New Hampshire.
Until 2021, Magalloway was known as a "plantation," which is a type of small, self-governing community in Maine. Now, it's part of an "unorganized territory" called North Oxford. This means it doesn't have its own local government like a town does.
In 2020, only 45 people lived in Magalloway. A part of the Umbagog National Wildlife Refuge, a special area for protecting wildlife, is found in the southwestern corner of the township.
