The Majority Floor Leader of the Senate of the Philippines is an important leader in the Philippine Senate. This person is chosen by the political party that has the most members in the Senate. They become the official leader for that group.
This leader helps manage the daily work of the majority party in the Senate. The Senate President often gives the Majority Leader the job of speaking first. They are also usually the head of the Committee on Rules, which helps decide how the Senate operates.
Currently, the Majority Floor Leader of the Senate is Juan Miguel Zubiri. He was chosen for this role on May 21, 2018.
