Marcel Izrailevich Rosenberg (born in 1896 – died in 1938) was an important diplomat from the Soviet Union. A diplomat is someone who represents their country in other nations. They help keep peace and good relationships between countries.

Rosenberg was born in Warsaw, which was part of the Russian Empire at the time. His family moved from Poland in 1906. They first went to Königsberg in Prussia, and then to Berlin.
