Marcus Keith Randall (born March 14, 1982) is a former American football player. He played as a quarterback for the LSU college team. Later, he played for the Tennessee Titans and Green Bay Packers in the National Football League (NFL).

Marcus Randall's College Football Journey
Marcus Randall grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He went to Glen Oaks High School before joining Louisiana State University (LSU). His older brother, Eric Randall, was also a famous quarterback. Eric led Southern University to a national championship in 1995.
Playing Quarterback at LSU
In 2002, Marcus became the starting quarterback for LSU. This happened after the main quarterback, Matt Mauck, got hurt. In 2003, Marcus played a smaller role. He helped LSU win the BCS National Championship. This was a very big achievement for the team!
In 2004, Marcus started most of LSU's games. He shared playing time with a younger player named JaMarcus Russell. During his time at LSU, Marcus threw for 2,845 yards. He also scored 18 touchdowns. One of his most famous plays was the "Bluegrass Miracle" in 2002. He threw a game-winning touchdown against the Kentucky team.

After college, Marcus Randall hoped to join the NFL.
Time in the NFL
Marcus was not chosen in the 2005 NFL draft. This means no team picked him right away. However, he still got a chance! He signed with the Tennessee Titans as an undrafted free agent. This means he joined the team even though he wasn't drafted.
The Titans changed his position. First, he played as a safety, then as a linebacker. In 2005, Marcus played in the last three games for the Titans. He made three tackles during these games. The Titans later released him in 2006.
In 2007, the Green Bay Packers signed Marcus. But they released him a few months later.
Playing in the AAFL
In 2008, Marcus Randall was chosen in the first-ever AAFL draft. He was picked by the Arkansas team to play as a quarterback again. The AAFL was a new football league.
