Marla Ann Maples (born October 27, 1963) is an American actress, TV personality, model, and singer. She is known for her work in movies and television shows. Marla Maples was also married to Donald Trump, who later became a U.S. president. They have a daughter named Tiffany Trump.

Marla Maples was born on October 27, 1963. Her hometown is Cohutta, Georgia. Her mother, Ann, was a homemaker and model. Her father, Stanley, worked in real estate. He was also a singer and songwriter. Marla has one half-sister.
Maples went to Northwest Whitfield High School. This school is in Tunnel Hill, Georgia. She was very active in school. She played basketball and was class secretary. In her senior year, she was crowned the 1980–1981 homecoming queen.
After high school, Marla Maples entered beauty contests. In 1983, she won the Miss Resaca Beach Poster Girl Contest. She was also a runner-up for Miss Georgia USA in 1984. In 1985, she won the Miss Hawaiian Tropic title. She attended the University of Georgia for a while.
