Schools in Marshallville
Students from Marshallville go to Green Local Schools. These schools are located in nearby Smithville.
Marshallville used to have its own high school. It was a three-year high school until 1938. After that, the state of Ohio said it could not operate that way. The building closed, and students went to school in Dalton. Later, in 1955, Marshallville's old school district joined with Smithville's district. The Marshallville Tigers were one of the first teams in the "B" League of the Wayne County Athletic League.
