Marthasville is a small city in Warren County, Missouri, United States. In 2020, about 1,245 people lived there. A popular bike path called the Katy Trail goes right through Marthasville. This trail is 240 miles long.
Marthasville is also known for its many wineries. It marks one end of the "Missouri Weinstrasse" (which means "Missouri Wine Road"). This area is famous for growing grapes and making wine.
The famous American pioneer Daniel Boone and his wife were originally buried near Marthasville. In 1845, their remains were moved to Kentucky. However, some people in Missouri believe his remains never truly left the state.
