Matthew Isaac Hatchette (born May 1, 1974) is a former professional American football player. He played as a wide receiver for several teams in the NFL. These teams included the Minnesota Vikings, the New York Jets, and the Jacksonville Jaguars. He was chosen by a team in the 1997 NFL Draft.
