McClellan Ranch Preserve is a special public park in Cupertino. It's located in the Monta Vista neighborhood. This preserve still looks like a classic old ranch!
This land used to be a horse ranch owned by the McClellan family back in the 1930s. Today, you can still see the original ranch house. There's also a working milk barn and a livestock barn. You can even find a replica of a blacksmith's shop. In the middle of the preserve, there's a beautiful natural area.

Trails and Farms at the Ranch
The McClellan Ranch has a calm and pretty trail. This trail follows along Stevens Creek. The creek winds its way from the preserve all the way to Blackberry Farm. It's a nice place for a walk or a bike ride.
There's also a Community Farm at the ranch. Here, the Master Gardeners program from Santa Clara County grows vegetables. They test different kinds of vegetables to see how well they grow. It's a fun way to learn about farming and gardening.
