What McIlwraith Looks Like
Uping is a small area inside McIlwraith. It got its name from an old train station called Uping. This station was on the Mount Perry railway line, which isn't used anymore.
A main road, the Bundaberg-Gin Gin Road, runs along the top edge of McIlwraith.

McIlwraith was named after an old train station. That station was named after a very important person, Thomas McIlwraith. He used to be the leader of Queensland, called the Premier.
