UTC+10 is a special way to measure time. It means a time zone that is 10 hours ahead of Coordinated Universal Time, which we call UTC. Think of UTC as the main clock for the whole world. Time zones are often named by how many hours they are different from UTC. For example, if it's 10 AM UTC, then in a UTC+10 zone, it would be 8 PM (10 AM + 10 hours).

The UTC+10 time zone covers many places. These include the east coast of Australia, Papua New Guinea, Micronesia, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, and parts of Russia.
