Mead Valley is a community in Riverside County, California. It is called a census-designated place because the government counts how many people live there. In 2010, about 18,510 people lived in Mead Valley. It is located about 1,663 feet (507 meters) above sea level.
Mead Valley is found in a valley with the same name. It is near the northeastern Temescal Mountains. The community is south of the city of Riverside and west of Perris. A stream called Cajalco Creek helps drain the area.
