Mega Man 3 is a super cool video game made by a company called Capcom. It's known as Rockman 3 in Japan. This game came out for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) console. It's an action and platform game where you control the robot hero, Mega Man!

What is Mega Man 3?
Mega Man 3 is the third main game in the classic Mega Man series. It was first released in Japan in September 1990. Players guide Mega Man through many levels. He fights different robot bosses to save the world.
The Story So Far
After his last adventure, Mega Man's creator, Dr. Light, teams up with his old enemy, Dr. Wily. They want to build a new robot called Gamma. This robot is meant to help keep peace on Earth. However, eight powerful robots called Robot Masters go crazy. They steal the energy needed to build Gamma. Mega Man must stop them and get the energy back.
Meet the Characters
- Mega Man: The main hero, a powerful robot who can copy the abilities of his enemies.
- Rush: Mega Man's robot dog. He can turn into different tools, like a spring or a jet.
- Proto Man: A mysterious robot who sometimes helps Mega Man and sometimes fights him. He has a shield and a powerful arm cannon.

Gameplay and Features
Mega Man 3 keeps the fun gameplay from earlier games. You jump, shoot, and slide through levels. Each level ends with a boss fight against a Robot Master. When you defeat a Robot Master, you get their special weapon. This weapon can be used against other bosses.
New Abilities
Mega Man 3 introduced some exciting new moves for Mega Man:
