Metamorphabet is a unique and fun video game released in 2015. It's a puzzle game created by a company called Vectorpark. This game helps players explore the alphabet in a very creative and interactive way. It's known for its imaginative animations and simple, engaging gameplay.

How to Play Metamorphabet

The players touch the letters, which morph into words

In Metamorphabet, you get to interact with each letter of the alphabet. To move forward, you simply touch or click on a letter. When you do, the letter starts to change and transform into different objects or actions.

For example, if you interact with the letter "A", it might grow antlers, become an archway, and then start to amble (which means to walk slowly). As these changes happen, the game says the letter and the new words aloud. Once the letter has finished its transformations, it's replaced by the next letter in the alphabet, like "B". This continues through the entire alphabet, making learning and exploring words a fun adventure.

Making of Metamorphabet

Metamorphabet was developed by Patrick Smith, who works at Vectorpark. Before this game, he also created another popular game called Windosill in 2009.

Patrick Smith wanted Metamorphabet to feel very natural and easy to use for everyone. He designed it so that even young children could play and understand it without much trouble. The idea for the game was in development for about three years. It really came to life when Smith thought of the clever idea of having the letters actually turn into words.

The game first came out for iOS devices, like iPhones and iPads, on February 12, 2015. A few months later, on April 29, 2015, it was also released for computers using Windows and OS X through a platform called Steam.
