Metamorphabet is a fun and interactive video game that came out in 2015. It was created by a company called Vectorpark. This game helps players explore the alphabet in a very creative way. It's known for its unique art style and how it makes learning letters exciting.
How to Play Metamorphabet
In Metamorphabet, you get to play with letters of the alphabet! For each letter, you touch or click on it, and it magically changes into different things. For example, when you interact with the letter "A", it might grow antlers, turn into an archway, or even start to walk.
As you play, the game says the letters and words out loud. This helps you learn new words and connect them with their starting letters. Once a letter has transformed a few times, it moves on to the next letter in the alphabet. This makes learning the alphabet a fun adventure!
Making the Game
Metamorphabet was created by a game designer named Patrick Smith. He had also made another game called Windosill in 2009. Patrick wanted to make Metamorphabet easy and natural for everyone to play. He also made sure it was simple enough for younger kids to enjoy.
The game took about three years to develop. The main idea for the game came to Patrick when he thought about letters changing into different words. Metamorphabet was first released for iOS devices, like iPhones and iPads, on February 12, 2015. Later, it became available for Windows and OS X computers through Steam on April 29, 2015.
