Metford is a suburb located in the city of Maitland, New South Wales, Australia. It's a part of the wider Hunter Region. Metford is easy to find because it sits right on the New England Highway.
You can also get to Metford by train! It has its own railway station on NSW TrainLink's Hunter line. The railway line itself is quite old, opening way back in 1857. However, the Metford station is much newer, opening its doors on March 17, 1995.
