- Reach out to everyone: Finally, extend your wishes to all living beings everywhere, even those you might find difficult.
You don't have to meditate to practice Metta. You can also show Metta through your actions every day. Simple acts of kindness, like helping someone, saying a friendly word, or just smiling, are all ways to share loving-kindness.
