Mighty Man & Yukk is an exciting animated TV show made by Ruby-Spears Productions. It was part of The Plastic Man Comedy/Adventure Show which aired from 1980 to 1981. This cartoon follows the amazing adventures of a tiny superhero and his very unusual dog partner as they fight crime!

Meet Mighty Man and Yukk!

The show is all about a rich guy named Brandon Brewster, voiced by Peter Cullen. He has a special machine that can shrink him down to just a few inches tall. When he's tiny, he gains awesome superpowers like super-strength and the ability to fly! In this super form, he becomes the costumed hero known as Mighty Man.

Mighty Man's best friend and crime-fighting partner is a dog named Yukk, voiced by Frank Welker. Yukk is known as the "world's ugliest dog." To keep his scary face hidden, he always wears a miniature doghouse on his head! Why? Because the sight of his face is so incredibly ugly that it can destroy anything he looks at!

The Mayor of their unnamed city, voiced by John Stephenson, often calls on Mighty Man and Yukk to help protect the city. They face off against all sorts of strange and tricky supervillains. The series is quite similar to another cartoon from the same creators, Dynomutt, Dog Wonder.
